What attracted you to the U of M for residency?   The University of Minnesota has a strong commitment to resident education and training, with dedicated faculty members who are passionate about teaching. Residents receive personalized attention and support throughout their training, and there are numerous opportunities for research and scholarly activities.

What are your hobbies or favorite things to do outside of work? I like running, reading, and learning new languages.

What do you love most about Minnesota? Minnesota offers a unique mix of natural beauty, friendly people, and unique cuisines.

Dina graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University in Egypt. She joined the pathology program at UMN because it has all the components of outstanding residency training, including a diverse patient population and pathologies, many research opportunities, highly competent faculty devoted to training the residents, and excellent support for its residents. In her free time, Dina enjoys running, yoga, reading and learning foreign languages.
